Fair Oaks Lacrosse Club Refund Policy

US Lacrosse fees (which were paid to US Lacrosse either during or prior to the registration process) are not refundable at any time.

No refunds of the Fair Oaks Lacrosse Club registration fee will be issued after the close of the Priority Registration period (December for the following Spring season).

EXCEPTIONS:
If for any reason we are unable to place a player on one of our teams, Fair Oaks Lacrosse Club will issue a full refund of the registration fee.

A player who withdraws from a team for a medical reason (such as injury) with a valid physician's note after the close of the Priority Registration period (
December for the following Spring season) and through the second week of practice will receive a full refund of the Fair Oaks Lacrosse Club registration fee, less a $50 administrative fee.

A player who withdraws from a team for a medical reason (such as injury) with a valid physician's note after the second week of practice but before the first game will receive a 50% refund of the Fair Oaks Lacrosse Club registration fee.

No refunds will be given after the first game.

There are no refunds for uniform purchases.  All sales are final.
